Short Run Manufacturing
No quantity is too small when it comes to small run manufacturing. It is the next best thing to Injection
moulding when the quantities are low.
Nova has the capability to perform each step in the manufacturing process; from the idea to 3D printing master models to final finished batches of products.
CNC
Machining
CNC is short for “Computer Numerical Control”. With CNC machining, production grade
materials like ABS, nylon, Delrin, steel, aluminum, acrylic, poly-carbonate and more can be
machined to perfection. High levels of accuracy and repeatability can be
achieved.
Our Work
This project involved the creation of a display piece for Fuji Spray to be showcased at a trade show. Standing at 4 feet tall, the display was designed to capture the attention of attendees. Our team utilized a combination of 3D printing and fabrication methods to bring the client's vision to life. The final product was a highly detailed and visually impressive model of one of the client's spray systems. It effectively showcased the design and capabilities of the product line. We are proud to have worked on this project and to have delivered a high-quality display piece that effectively promoted our client's product line at the trade show.
